[S] Slot A Mobo

Ich habe ein Slot A Mainboard. Ist aber für Athlon. Meinst wohl ein Slot 1 Board, oder?

Ich dachte die Slot 1 CPUs gingen nur bis 500mhz und dann wars wieder n' Sockel?

Von SLOT A hab ich noch nie was gehört...

soweit ich weiss:

slot a: 1./2. generation amd athlon 500-1000mhz

slot 1: pentium 2-3: 233-600mhz

Slot 1: Pentium II und III: 233 - 1133 Mhz Katmai und Choppermine

Choppermine gabs beides Slot 1 und FCPGA-Sockel

Slot A: AMD Athlon 500 - 1200 Mhz Original Athlon und Thunderbird

nönö, slot a gabs nur bis 1ghz. da bin ich mir ziemlich sicher. wobei auch diese ziemlich rar waren und extrem teuer.
original athlon: 500-850(?)mhz mit verringerter l2-cache geschwindigkeit
thunderbird: 750(?)-1000mhz mit l2-cache in prozessortakt --> nicht kompatibel (?!)

bei den pentiums war ich mir nicht ganz sicher. die haben da eh ein riesen gschtürm mit ihren verschiedenen kernen. da blick ich nicht ganz durch.

K7 Athlon 500-700 Mhz (L2 halber Prozessortakt)
K75 Athlon 550-1000 Mhz (L2 halber Prozessortakt bis 700 Mhz, 2/5 Prozessortakt bis 850, 1/3 Prozessortakt ab 900 Mhz)
T-Bird Athlon 650-1000 Mhz --> bei wenigen Boards kompatibel

Slot 1
Katmai PIII 450-600 Mhz
Coppermine PIII 500-1133 Mhz (Letzterer wieder vom Markt genommen, instabil)

Sitzt allerdings ein P3 500MHz auf dem Board, den müsstest du auch nehmen, ohne Board nützt mir der nix.
