GA-7N400 Pro 2???

    Ich habe ein GA-7N400 Pro2 "nForce2 Ultra400 chipset "
    ist mit folgendes ausgestattet:

    Ich bin mit diesem Board und Natürlich meine AMD 2800+ voll zufrieden!


    Kan auch nicht schlecht übertakten so auf 3100 bis 3200 aber dan wird er schon langsam zu heiss..... da ich nur Lüfterhabe und keine Wasserkühlung.....



    Wie ich gehört habe ist GigaByte nicht so gut, warum???

    Naja sind halt nicht gerade bekannt für Oc wunder.. obwohl Macci (ein bekannter ocer aus finnland oder schweden irgendwo da :D )
    hatte auch mit nem gigabyte mobo gute resultate erzielt.
    Als amd Oc boards gelten eher (oc = overclocking ;) )
    abit nf7-s epox (fast ganze nforce reihe) 8rda+ 8rga+ 8r3irgendwas :D

    2.09GHz Original auf 2.25 bis 2.3GHz, 2.3 ist aber schon die Schmerzgrenze mit meinem Normalen Kühler!! Ist aber auch nicht schlecht, kaufte mit extre den AMD 2800+ da ich 512kb cache wollte mit originalen 333MHz FSB!

    komisch, bei mir ist es nicht so knapp wie auf dem Bild..


    CMOS Jumper brauche ich nicht, also muss sagen das BOARD finde ich voll OK....


    und ich habe das GA 7N400 PRO2 nicht nur das PRO... ;-)

    Naja, für OC ist Gigabyte nicht so das wahre, hab's zwar noch nie gemacht, aber von den Einstellungen her etc. ist's zu ungenau.
    Was aber noch edel ist, ist das Übertackten und Spannungsregelung per Software unter Windows. Wie's aber in der Praxis aussieht, keene Ahnung. Innovation (Ansichtssache) steckt sicher dahinter, aber es dürfte Ausgereifter sein.


    Das mit dem engen Platz bei CPU-Lüfter musste ich auch bei meinem GA-7NNXP erfahren, is aber weiter nicht schlimm.
    Jedenfalls bin ich mit dem Board vollends zufrieden (Auch GA-7DXR+). Alles funktioniert tiptop. (Ausser, als ich es gekauft habe, noch ein Beta-BIOS installiert war :D )

    Ich hatte mal das GA-7N400pro. Das Board war ganz gut, 225 MHZ FSB war kein Problem und die Ausstattung tadellos.
    Beim Pro 2 soll das etwas anders sein, hab seinerzeit mal irgendwo ein Review darüber gelesen.
    Von der Übertaktersoftware (glaube Easy Tune) würd ich jedoch die Finger lassen.


    Speziell bei Gigabyte: Mit der Tastenkombination Ctrl+F1 kommen nicht vorhanden geglaubte EInstellungsmöglichkeiten ans Tageslicht.
