Frage: Wiso wird das Notebook A8JS von ASUS nur als "Windows Vista Capable" und nicht als "Windows Vista Premium Ready" eingestuft?

(A8JS: Core 2 Duo T7200 2x 2.00GHz • 2048MB (2x 1024MB) • 120GB • DVD+/-RW DL • NVidia GeForce Go 7700 256MB max.512MB shared memory •)

Laut Microsoft entspricht die Klassifizierung folgender Kriterien:

Windows Vista Capable PC includes at least:

A modern processor (at least 800MHz1).
512 MB of system memory.

A Windows Vista Premium Ready PC includes at least:

Ich habe nun ein Passwort eingegeben. (Bei einem Benutzer). Allerdings konnte ich mich auch mit diesem Passwort nicht einloggen (Es wird also irgend ein anderes verlangt)
Das Problem tritt auch nur selten nach dem Benutzerwechsel auf, also nicht bei jedem Wechsel....

Ich habe ein Problem mit Windows XP Home:

Ich habe im Windows 3 Benutzerkonten eingerichtet, alle ohne Passwort. Manchmal kommt es jedoch vor (bei Benutzerwechsel), dass bei allen drei Konten ein Passwort verlangt wird. Da ich ja keine eingegeben habe kann ich logischerweise auch keines eingeben. Es hilft dannn nur noch ein Neustart, danach funktioniert es wieder.

Weiss jemand was man dagegen machen kann?
Das selbe Problem hatte ich auch schon früher mit diesem Windows (Dell Version)... formatieren dürfte das Problem also nicht beheben...

Ich bin dran eine Website zu erstellen für einen Verein.
Allerdings sollte die Seite danach einfach zu aktuallisieren sein, d.h. neue Texte, Bilder, Tabellen usw einfügen. Dies muss von Leuten durchführbar sein, die nichts von Porgrammierung verstehen...

Ich habe ein Problem mit Seiten die Javascrpipt verwenden.

Wenn ich z.B. auf einen Linke mit dem "Format" javascript:playSound('http://www.xxx.com'); klicke, öffnet sich kein neues Fenster.
Ich habe im Norton Internet Security den PopUp-Blocker ausgeschalten, und verwende den IE (mit dem neusten Java von Sun).

Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem neuen PHILIPS fernseher:

Immer um 21.25 schaltet er sich automatisch an und "startet" SF1. Oben steht dann, dass um 21.25 die Tagesschau beginnen sollte, das ist ja aber nicht so.
